Terms & Conditions

  • Referrer must be a current, active AquaLearn customer with account in good standing
  • Friend must be new to AquaLearn (never previously enrolled)
  • Friend must mention referrer's name when booking to qualify
  • Friend must complete 4 consecutive lessons before credit is issued
  • £25 credit valid for 12 months from issue date toward any future lessons
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
  • One referral reward per new family (not per child)
  • Friend must complete booking within 30 days of referral
  • Self-referrals (same household/address) not permitted
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated

How many friends can I refer? +
There's no limit! You can refer as many friends as you like and earn £25 credit for each successful referral. The more you share, the more you save on future lessons.
When do I receive my £25 credit? +
Your credit is automatically applied to your account after your friend completes their 4th lesson. You'll receive an email confirmation when the credit is issued.
How long is my credit valid? +
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You can use them toward any future lessons during this period.
Can I refer family members? +
Yes! You can refer family members who don't live at your address and have never been enrolled at AquaLearn. Family members at the same address are not eligible.
What if my friend cancels before completing 4 lessons? +
Unfortunately, you won't receive the referral credit if your friend doesn't complete the minimum 4 lessons. However, you can refer other friends and there's no limit to your referrals!
Which lesson format does the free lesson apply to? +
Your friend's free first lesson applies to whichever format they choose (1-to-1, 2-to-1, 3-to-1, or 4-to-1). The value ranges from £16.25 to £50 depending on their selection.
